We started TopInkjet in 2019 because buying a printer had quietly become miserable. Endless model numbers, bait-and-switch pricing, and websites that hid the only specs that actually mattered. We thought small-business buyers, parents, and home-office workers deserved a simpler, more honest place to shop.
TopInkjet is an independent US retailer that carries a tightly focused catalog of office and home inkjet printers. We don't list every printer ever made — we keep the lineup small so it stays easy to compare, and we back every model with attentive US-based customer service.
What we believe
Three principles guide every decision we make:
- Real specs, real photos. We list every product with the manufacturer's actual specifications and the actual product images. No exaggeration, no stock photos that don't match what's in the box.
- Honest pricing. Free standard shipping is included on every order, and we never raise the price you see at checkout. No surprise "shipping protection" bumps. No mandatory upsells.
- Attentive service. If you call or email, you reach someone who actually knows the products. Not a bot. Not an offshore call center reading scripts.
Who we serve
Our customers are split roughly in half: small offices and home offices that need a workhorse for daily document work, and households that want a reliable printer for homework, photos, and the occasional paperwork run. We've designed our two main categories — Office Inkjet and Home Inkjet — to make finding the right printer painless for either group.
How we choose what to sell
Every printer in our lineup has been evaluated against four criteria: real-world reliability, total cost of ownership, customer support reputation, and how well the on-paper specs match real performance. We're particularly fans of the HP OfficeJet Pro and Smart Tank lines because they consistently score well on all four.

How we ship
Every order ships from our US warehouse via free Standard Ground Shipping with UPS or FedEx and typically arrives in 3–5 business days inside the contiguous United States. We also deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses with extended transit times — see our Shipping Policy for the full schedule. We do not currently ship internationally and we do not offer paid expedited or overnight upgrades — ground shipping is included free with every order.
