What We Can Help With
Our small US-based support team handles every TopInkjet conversation directly — no chat bots, no offshore call centers, no script-reading. The most common questions we hear fall into a handful of clear topics, and the right path on each one is below.
Product Recommendations
Tell us what you print, how often you print it, and what you'd like to spend, and we'll point you at one of the two or three printers in our catalog that genuinely fit. Don't worry about giving us the "right" answer to any of those questions — even an approximate sense of "I print maybe ten pages a week, mostly homework" is enough for us to help. Email [email protected] with the subject "Recommendation request" and we'll reply during business hours.
Order Status
If you've already placed an order and want a status update, email us with the order number from your order confirmation (it begins with "TI-") and we'll look it up during business hours. If you can't find your order confirmation, search your inbox for "TopInkjet" or check your spam folder, and email us anyway with the email address used at checkout — we can pull the order from there.
Returns and Refunds
Returns are easy: email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll send you return instructions during business hours. The full process is documented in our Return Policy, and refund timing is described in our Refund Policy.
Damaged or Defective Shipments
If your shipment arrives with carrier damage to the box or product, photograph the damage and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate, file a claim with the delivery carrier on your behalf, and issue a refund to your original payment method once the carrier claim is resolved.
Warranty and Repair
Every printer we sell carries the original manufacturer's warranty (typically 1 year). For warranty service, contact the manufacturer using the documentation in the box — they handle warranty repairs directly. We're happy to help you find the right warranty support number if you've misplaced the documentation.
