Verification
For account holders, we verify the request through the email address on file. For non-account holders, we will use the email you supply on the form to confirm the request and apply the opt-out.

We respond to opt-out requests as soon as practicable and at most within 15 business days as required by California law. Other requests (right to know, delete, correct) are handled within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension if necessary.
What Happens After You Submit a Request
Promptly upon receiving your request, we send a confirmation email acknowledging receipt and stating the type of request and the expected response window. If we need additional information to verify your identity (for example, the order number associated with your email if it differs from your account email), we'll ask for it in the same confirmation. We will not require any information beyond what's necessary to verify the request and act on it.
No Discrimination
You will not receive different pricing, different shipping options, different return treatment, or any other adverse treatment because you exercised a privacy right. Our pricing, shipping policy, and return policy are the same for every customer regardless of consent or opt-out status.
Annual Metrics Report
For transparency, we publish an annual report each January that includes the number of opt-out, right-to-know, right-to-delete, and right-to-correct requests we received in the previous calendar year, the median response time, and the number of requests we declined and why.
