Our 30-day return policy
At TopInkjet (1450 Innovation Way, Suite 220, Austin, TX 78758), we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return process — 4 simple steps
- Contact us. Email [email protected] with your order number, the product you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will reply with the return shipping address and any additional instructions.
- Package item. Securely pack the printer in its original packaging with all accessories, cables, ink, and documentation included.
- Ship back. Ship the package using a trackable shipping method. Include a copy of your order confirmation or note your order number clearly on the outer box.
- Receive refund. Refund is processed back to your original payment method after we receive and inspect your return. See our Refund Policy for timing details.
Return eligibility & timeframe
30-day return window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund. Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted. The date of delivery is determined based on the carrier's delivery confirmation record.
Condition requirements
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. All accessories, manuals, cables, power cords, and documentation must be included. Items showing signs of use or missing components may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.
Proof of purchase
A valid order number or order confirmation email is required for all returns. The item must be purchased directly from TopInkjet to be eligible for return through us.
Non-returnable items
Damaged or modified products
Products that have been physically damaged, disassembled, modified, or misused after delivery are not eligible for return. Products with missing, removed, or tampered serial number labels are also excluded.
Products without original packaging
Items returned without the original manufacturer packaging or missing significant accessories (power cord, cables, included ink, documentation, etc.) may not be accepted or may be subject to a partial refund deduction.
Final-sale and special-order items
Items explicitly marked "Final Sale" on the product page, customized or special-order printers, gift cards, and digital downloads are non-returnable.
Return shipping costs
Customer-responsibility returns
For returns due to buyer preference (changed mind, ordered the wrong model, ordered the wrong size, etc.), customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance equal to the value of the printer.
Our-responsibility returns
For items that arrive damaged, defective, or if we shipped the wrong item, email us with photographs and your order number. We will investigate the issue, file a claim with the delivery carrier where appropriate, and provide return instructions. Any return shipping cost is reimbursed as part of the refund once the carrier claim is resolved.
Return shipping insurance
We recommend insuring your return shipment and using a trackable shipping method. TopInkjet is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping unless we provided the shipping label.
US-only returns
As we only ship within the United States, all returns must originate from US addresses. We cannot process returns from outside the US.
Damaged or defective items
Inspection upon delivery
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product itself, note it on the delivery receipt where possible and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected].
Reporting defects
If you discover a defect after unboxing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photos or short videos of the defect to expedite the resolution process. Defects reported after 30 days may instead be covered under the manufacturer's warranty — we'll point you to the right contact.
Resolution
For damaged or defective items, our standard resolution is a full refund to your original payment method once we have investigated the issue and, where applicable, completed the delivery carrier's claim process. Any return shipping cost you incurred is reimbursed as part of the refund. Defective-product returns are never subject to partial-refund deductions.
Exchanges and Model Changes
We do not offer direct exchanges or replacement shipments. If you ordered the wrong model or would like a different product, return the original item within 30 days by following our standard return process and place a new order for the product you want once you receive your refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the original was damaged or defective, in which case the return shipping cost is reimbursed once the carrier claim is resolved.
Warranty information
All printers come with the manufacturer's OEM warranty. Warranty periods vary by product (typically 1 year for inkjet printers).

Quality assurance
All returned items are thoroughly inspected upon receipt. We verify that items meet our return criteria before processing refunds.
Our goal is to process your return quickly while ensuring fairness for all customers. Most returns are approved within 2–3 business days of receipt.
